K\u00e4nns det f\u00f6r torrt, tills\u00e4tt lite mer sm\u00f6r. Tryck ut massan i en l\u00e5g pajform med l\u00f6stagbar botten. St\u00e4ll i frysen. Bryt chokladen i bitar och l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l. V\u00e4rm upp gr\u00e4dden, l\u00e5t ej koka eller sjuda, och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver chokladen. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i en minut, r\u00f6r sedan tills du f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4t kr\u00e4mig smet. H\u00e4ll upp smeten i pajformen och st\u00e4ll svalt. V\u00e4nta n\u00e5gra minuter tills smeten stelnat n\u00e5got och garnera med b\u00e4r eller n\u00f6tter. Tips! Salt och s\u00f6tt \u00e4r en gudomlig kombo.
