Vispa upp ett \u00e4gg och tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6k, persilja, salt och peppar. H\u00e4ll upp str\u00f6br\u00f6d p\u00e5 ett fat. Doppa kycklingfilerna f\u00f6rst i \u00e4ggblandingen och sedan i str\u00f6br\u00f6det. Salta ytan l\u00e4tt och stek sedan i stekpanna med gener\u00f6st med olja. Ytan ska vara knaprig och kycklingen ska vara klar inuti.
