Ta ut steken, kl\u00e4 in den i folie och l\u00e5t vila i 15 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Sila stekskyn i en kastrull och l\u00e5t koka tills h\u00e4lften \u00e5terst\u00e5r. Blanda mj\u00f6l och gr\u00e4dde och vispa sl\u00e4tt. H\u00e4ll ner gr\u00e4ddblandningen i k\u00f6ttspadet och r\u00f6r ihop. Vill ni ha lite mustigare smaker s\u00e5 tills\u00e4tt torkade trattkantareller eller karl-johansvamp till s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>Smaks\u00e4tt med svartvinb\u00e4rsgel\u00e9 och soja.
