Ta bort fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t rinna av. Tills\u00e4tt i Andouillekorv (eller annan korv), l\u00f6k, selleri, paprika, timjan, oregano, salt och cayennepeppar. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5koka tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk. (Tar ca 5 minuter)<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt ris, tomater och buljong och l\u00e5t koka upp. T\u00e4ck sedan \u00f6ver grytan med lock eller foliepapper och baka klart i ugnen i ca 40 minuter tills riset \u00e4r klart och kycklingen \u00e4r m\u00f6r och fin.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r sedan i r\u00e4kor, persilja samt salladsl\u00f6k. T\u00e4ck och l\u00e5t koka upp i ca 5-8 minuter tills r\u00e4korna \u00e4r ljusrosa.<\/p>\n<p>Servera!<\/p>\n<p>Till denna smakrika r\u00e4tt vill vi rekommendera ett lite friskare vitt vin med b\u00e5de h\u00e4rlig frukt och en bra syra.
