Till detta njuter vi av Champagne som passar magiskt bra till ostronen och alla h\u00e4rliga smakf\u00f6rst\u00e4rkare denna r\u00e4tt medhar.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Sautera l\u00f6ken i en stor panna med sm\u00f6r till dess att l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk och genomskinlig. Sk\u00e4r av kanterna p\u00e5 br\u00f6det och smula i inkr\u00e5met till l\u00f6ken. Tills\u00e4tt sedan spenat, ost, citronsaft och peppar.
