Ofta serveras dessa j\u00e4rpar tillsammans med r\u00e5 l\u00f6k i bondbr\u00f6d men vi lyxar till det lite och bjuder \u00e4ven p\u00e5 ett recept p\u00e5 en j\u00e4ttegod Ajvar r\u00f6ra samt en f\u00e5rostsallad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cevapcici<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blanda \u00e4ggen med mj\u00f6lken. Blanda d\u00e4refter i n\u00f6tf\u00e4rsen, (G\u00e5r bra ned vegof\u00e4rs) purjol\u00f6ken, vitl\u00f6ken och resterande kryddor. L\u00e5t f\u00e4rsen vila 15 minuter och dra sig. Forma f\u00e4rsen till 15 avl\u00e5nga j\u00e4rpar.\u00a0Pensla med olja och stek eller grilla dem i cirka 10 minuter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ajvar r\u00f6ra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stek paprikan med skalsidan ner i en teflonpanna tills skalet b\u00f6rjar bli svart. Skala och strimla paprikan.\u00a0Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ken mjuk i olivoljan.\u00a0 L\u00e4gg i tomatpur\u00e9 och paprikan stek ytterligare ett par minuter.\u00a0H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vattnet och krydda med paprikapulver, cayennepeppar och vin\u00e4ger.\u00a0 L\u00e5t koka i pannan tills gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r helt mjuka och vattnet kokat in till en kr\u00e4mig r\u00f6ra. Mixa r\u00f6ran till en kr\u00e4mig konsistens. Servera r\u00f6ran kall eller varm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160opska<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hacka l\u00f6ken ganska fint,\u00a0Strimla paprikan.\u00a0Sk\u00e4r alla andra gr\u00f6nsaker i sm\u00e5 kuber (ungef\u00e4r 1 cm) Blanda gr\u00f6nsakerna i en stor sk\u00e5l.\u00a0Riv osten ovanp\u00e5. Blanda ihop dressingen och ringla \u00f6ver<\/p>\n<p>Servera direkt efter att dressingen tillsatts!<\/p>\n<p>Till denna goda r\u00e4tt vill vi ha ett r\u00f6tt och fruktigt vin men som \u00e4nd\u00e5 har lite stuns i tanninerna.
