H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften av sesamoljan och pressa vitl\u00f6ken \u00f6ver. L\u00e5t marinera i ca 10 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Strimla gr\u00f6nsakerna och blanda med rapsolja och sambal oelek. Smaka av med salt.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda socker, buljong och soja till s\u00e5sen. L\u00e5t koka n\u00e5gra minuter s\u00e5 att sockret l\u00f6ser sig. Red med maizenamj\u00f6l utr\u00f6rt i lite vatten.<\/p>\n<p>Rosta sesamfr\u00f6na bruna i het stekpanna med lite sesamolja. Blanda ner i s\u00e5sen och smaka av med salt eller soja.<\/p>\n<p>Salta och peppra k\u00f6ttet. Grilla eller stek dem n\u00e5gra minuter tills de \u00e4r klara.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med \u00e4ggnudlar.<\/p>\n<p>Asaiatisk och thaibaserad mat \u00e4r ibland lite sv\u00e5r att matcha med vin d\u00e5 de heta kryddorna ofta tar \u00f6ver.
