Tills\u00e4tt kyckling, vitl\u00f6k, currypastan, citrongr\u00e4s samt ingef\u00e4ra och l\u00e5t koka under konstant omr\u00f6rning i ca 5 minuter tills kycklingen f\u00e5tt en gyllenbrun yta.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt den varma buljongen och l\u00e5t koka upp, l\u00e5t sedan sjuda i ca 5 minuter tills kycklingen \u00e4r genomkokt. Tills\u00e4tt nudlarna och l\u00e5t koka i 1 minut. Tills\u00e4tt socker\u00e4rtor samt paprika och kika i tv\u00e5 minuter till.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt b\u00f6ngroddar, salladsl\u00f6k, fisks\u00e5s samt limezest och juice och l\u00e5t allt f\u00f6rsiktigt v\u00e4rmas upp.<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e5 upp i soppsk\u00e5lar och garnera med f\u00e4rsk koriander!<\/p>\n<p>Till denna lite heta r\u00e4tt beh\u00f6ver vi ett vin som \u00e4r friskt och fr\u00e4scht med h\u00e4rlig pigg frukt samt \u00e4ven en bra fruktsyra som skapar en brygga till denna kryddiga r\u00e4tt.
