T\u00e4ck med ett lock, minska v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t l\u00e4tt sjuda i ca 20 minuter eller tills riset \u00e4r klart. N\u00e4r den mesta av v\u00e4tskan har absorberats av riset s\u00e5 r\u00f6r i l\u00f6kblandningen, daddlar\/russin samt tomater och l\u00e5t koka f\u00f6rsiktigt i ca 5 minuter,<\/p>\n<p>Garnera med koriander samt rostade cashewn\u00f6tter!<\/p>\n<p>Till detta recept vill vi ha ett friskt och fr\u00e4sch vin med bra syra.
