Tills\u00e4tt paprika, chilli, samt chorizo och tillaga i ytterligare 5 minuter. L\u00e4gg detta sedan i en bunke vid sidan om.<\/p>\n<p>Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olja tills det blivit mjukt. Tills\u00e4tt sedan riset. Tills\u00e4tt sedan lite buljong i taget, p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som n\u00e4r ni lagar en risotto. N\u00e4r riset k\u00e4nns m\u00f6rt och har absorberat v\u00e4tskan (tar ca 20 minuter) s\u00e5 tills\u00e4tt korvblandningen fr\u00e5n bunken och l\u00e5t allt bli varmt i ett par minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka och garnera med persilja.
