Ta ur n\u00f6tterna ur stekpannan och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Tills\u00e4tt sedan olivolja samt l\u00f6k, l\u00e5t l\u00f6ken bli mjuk. Detta tar ca 10-15 minuter. S\u00e4tt sedan p\u00e5 pastavattnet. N\u00e4r l\u00f6ken blivit mjuk s\u00e5 tills\u00e4tt spenaten och h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen till medium. Tillaga spenaten tills den sl\u00e4ppt merparten av sitt vatten och ta av pannan fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p>Koka pastan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen och spar en del av pastavattnet n\u00e4r ni h\u00e4ller av den. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att r\u00e5ka h\u00e4lla av f\u00f6r mycket pastavatten s\u00e5 h\u00e4ll g\u00e4rna en del direkt i en mindre kastrull.<\/p>\n<p>Smula ner osten tillsammans med spenaten och tills\u00e4tt valn\u00f6tterna samt en del av pastavattnet och r\u00f6r runt till dess att osten har b\u00f6rjat sm\u00e4lta och har blandats ut v\u00e4l med spenaten.
