T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r bra att frysa pizzadegar, l\u00e5t den ligga som en boll och tina och kavla ut degen innan anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n<p>Smula j\u00e4sten i en bunke och tills\u00e4tt vattnet, r\u00f6r f\u00f6rsiktigt tills j\u00e4sten har l\u00f6sts upp. Tills\u00e4tt salt och olivolja samt mj\u00f6lsorterna. Kn\u00e5da degen ca 5 minuter f\u00f6r hand. L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt\u00a030 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Riv eller hacka vitl\u00f6ken och stek den i oljan utan att den tar f\u00e4rg. L\u00e5t tomatpur\u00e9n fr\u00e4sa med n\u00e5gon minut under omr\u00f6rning (ger en mjuk, s\u00f6t rond\u00f6r). Tills\u00e4tt resterande ingredienser och l\u00e5t tomats\u00e5sen koka ihop p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i 15 minuter.\u00a0 Smaka av.<\/p>\n<p>Kavla ut degen till \u00f6nskad storlek och form.
