H\u00e4r kommer ett lite annorlunda men enkelt s\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta musslor som en tapas, perfekt som st\u00e5ende f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt eller mingelsnacks!<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r<\/strong> <strong>s\u00e5<\/strong> <strong>h\u00e4r<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp h\u00e4lften av olivoljan i en djup och bred kastrull p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Tills\u00e4tt musslor, l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t dem \u00e5nga i ca tre till fyra minuter tills de alla \u00f6ppnat sig. L\u00e5t svalna och sl\u00e4ng musslor som inte \u00f6ppnat sig.<\/p>\n<p>Ta sedan bort locket p\u00e5 musslan s\u00e5 en liten b\u00e5t med musselk\u00f6ttet kvarst\u00e5r. Bygg egna om musslor har sl\u00e4ppt fr\u00e5n skalet. Placera sedan p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda sedan str\u00f6br\u00f6d, vitl\u00f6k, persilja, timjan, cayenne i en liten bunke. Salta och peppra och blanda sedan i den resterande oljan.<\/p>\n<p>Toppa sedan varje mussla gener\u00f6st med denna str\u00f6br\u00f6dsblandning och baka i ugnen i ca 10 minuter tills de f\u00e5tt en fin gyllene yta.<\/p>\n<p>Servera med citronhalvor och \u00e4t dem varma p\u00e5 direkten!<\/p>\n<p>Till detta passar ett friskt, fr\u00e4scht och b\u00e4rigt ros\u00e9vin fr\u00e5n Nya Zeeland utm\u00e4rkt!<\/p>\n<p>Ps.
