St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.\u00a0Skiva de gula l\u00f6karna och vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna. Fr\u00e4s i olivoljan tills den mjuknar och blir l\u00e4tt transparent. Blanda ner blomk\u00e5lsbuketterna och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa med i 2 minuter.\u00a0Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver majsst\u00e4rkelsen och r\u00f6r runt.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lk, gr\u00e4dde och saffran. Salta och peppra.\u00a0L\u00e5t allt koka upp och sjud sedan under omr\u00f6rning tills stuvningen tjocknar n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver allt i en grat\u00e4ngform. Toppa med br\u00f6dsmulor och flagad mandel.
