Lyft ur fil\u00e9erna och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en kvadrat k\u00f6ksfolie med den blanka sida upp\u00e5t. Krydda fisken l\u00e4tt och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver ingef\u00e4ra, lite olivolja samt limesaft p\u00e5 fisken.<\/p>\n<p>Skeda sedan \u00f6ver honung p\u00e5 fisken l\u00e4gg lite mer ingef\u00e4ra samt den rivna zesten p\u00e5 fisken. Vik folien s\u00e5 det blir l\u00f6sa paket med ett litet luftutrymme.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg sedan paketet p\u00e5 en het grill (el. ugn) och l\u00e5t tillagas i ca 10-12 minuter, utan att v\u00e4nda paketet.
