Koka upp vattnet och r\u00f6r ner saffran. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 och dra medan du f\u00f6rbereder resten.<br \/>\n2. Fr\u00e4s gul l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i oljan tills den mjuknar och blir l\u00e4tt transparent.<br \/>\n3. R\u00f6r ner spiskummin, kanel och tomatpur\u00e9 och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa med i en minut.<br \/>\n4. R\u00f6r nu ner alla gr\u00f6nsaker och l\u00e5t fr\u00e4sa med tills allt har mjuknat och f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg.<br \/>\n5. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 saffransvattnet, citronskal, torkade aprikoser och sk\u00f6ljda kik\u00e4rter. Koka upp och l\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 i 45 minuter.<br \/>\n6.
