L\u00e4gg sedan fisken i en ugnsform om tillaga fisken vid 150\u00b0 i ca 15-20 minuter. Innertemperaturen skall vara 56 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Medan fisken \u00e4r i ugnen s\u00e5 hetta upp en djup stekpanna till medium v\u00e4rme och tills\u00e4tt matolja. L\u00e4gg i de sm\u00e5tt skurna gr\u00f6nsakerna samt en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta och tillaga tills de n\u00e4stan \u00e4r klara. Ta ur vitl\u00f6ksklyftan efter ca 30 sekunder d\u00e5 den vid den tidpunkten sl\u00e4ppt de flesta smak\u00e4mnen.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan gul currypasta samt kokosmj\u00f6lk och l\u00e5t koka upp f\u00f6r att sedan sjuda ett tag tillsammans. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r en perfekt r\u00e4tt d\u00e4r ni kan v\u00e4lja mellan ett flertal gr\u00f6nsaker som ni har hemma.
