Fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra v\u00e4nner p\u00e5 tidningen Vegomagasinet s\u00e5 har vi f\u00e5tt ett ljuvligt recept p\u00e5 krossad potatis med en uts\u00f6kt valn\u00f6tsdressing.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krossad rostad potatis<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Koka potatisen mjuk i ordentligt saltat vatten, \u00e5tminstone 0,5 dl salt. Skrubba bara skalet l\u00e4tt s\u00e5 kommer inte saltet tr\u00e4nga in f\u00f6r mycket. L\u00e5t potatisen svalna n\u00e5got.<br \/>\n2. \u201dKrossa\u201d potatisen med ett glas eller liknande. Du vill trycka till dem, men de ska inte bli helt platta, bara spricka upp.<br \/>\n3. Blanda med olivoljan p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. Salta och peppra och rosta sedan p\u00e5 225 grader i 40 minuter. De ska f\u00e5 ordentligt med f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nValn\u00f6tsdressing<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. R\u00f6r ihop olivolja och finhackade valn\u00f6tter i en kastrull. V\u00e4rm p\u00e5 tills valn\u00f6tterna har blivit vackert gyllenbruna.<br \/>\n2. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och blanda ner vitl\u00f6k och aleppopeppar.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nServering<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Sprid ut cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen p\u00e5 en tallrik. Sprid ut potatisen \u00f6ver.<br \/>\n2. Ringla \u00f6ver valn\u00f6tsdressingen och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver dill.
