H\u00e4ll sedan av saltvattnet och sk\u00f6lj musslorna under kallt rinnande vatten. Kasta trasiga eller \u00f6ppna musslor.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka vitl\u00f6k, persilja samt chili. Koka sedan pastan al dente enligt f\u00f6rpackningens instruktioner. Salta ordentligt.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00f6s sedan olivolja, vitl\u00f6k, h\u00e4lften av persiljan tillsammans med sm\u00f6r i en stor kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt musslorna och l\u00e5t allt koka ett tag.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan vitt vin, blanda v\u00e4l och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock. \u00c5nga sedan musslorna i 1-2 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan chili, den resterande bladpersiljan och citronzest. L\u00e4gg sedan i pastan i kastrullen och blanda runt v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p>Hoppas det smakar!<\/p>\n<p>Till denna h\u00e4rliga r\u00e4tt vill vi ha ett vin som passar bra till mat fr\u00e5n havet.
