Riv sedan potatis och l\u00f6k och l\u00e4gg ner i vattnet. Blanda runt och l\u00e4gg sedan l\u00f6k och potatisrivet i en k\u00f6kshandduk och g\u00f6r till en boll som ni sedan kramar ur allt vatten ur. L\u00e4gg sedan i en stor sk\u00e5l och tills\u00e4tt salt, peppar, str\u00f6br\u00f6d samt tv\u00e5 vispade \u00e4gg samt fint hackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta sedan upp 2-3 msk olivolja och l\u00e5t en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta ligga i oljan i ca 4-5 minuter p\u00e5 medium v\u00e4rme. Ta sedan ut vitl\u00f6ken och v\u00e4rm upp till medium h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg ut en stor klick av smeten i oljan och pressa pl\u00e4tten platt. Stek sedan i ca 3-4 minuter p\u00e5 vardera sida tills de \u00e4r gyllene i f\u00e4rgen.
