En krabbsoppa och ett underbart vitt vin kan verlkligen f\u00f6rgylla denna tid.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<\/p>\n<p>0.3 dl sm\u00f6r +1 msk sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>0.3 dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 liten silverl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 selleristj\u00e4lk<\/p>\n<p>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, hackad<\/p>\n<p>Salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>9 dl matlagningsgr\u00e4dde, ca 10%<\/p>\n<p>2.5 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n<p>2 dl kycklingfond<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsk chilis\u00e5s, typ tabasco<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk worcestershirers\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>2 msk hackad dill<\/p>\n<p>250g krabbk\u00f6tt<\/p>\n<p>1 msk hackad salladsl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl Sherry<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r i en grytpanna p\u00e5 medium v\u00e4rme. R\u00f6r i mj\u00f6l och r\u00f6r runt tills ni har en len pasta, tillaga detta i ca 3 minuter under konstant omr\u00f6rning. Blanda i l\u00f6k, selleri samt vitl\u00f6k samt salta och peppra.<\/p>\n<p>Tillaga ytterligare i ca 4 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt matlagningsgr\u00e4dden i omg\u00e5ngar under konstant omr\u00f6rning. Var f\u00f6rsiktiga i b\u00f6rjan s\u00e5 att det inte bildas klumpar. R\u00f6r sedan i kycklingbuljong samt gr\u00e4dden. L\u00e5t detta koka upp l\u00e4tt och tills\u00e4tt h\u00e4lften av sherryn. Smaks\u00e4tt sedan med dill, worcestershires\u00e5s samt den heta s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och l\u00e5t sedan detta sjuda i ca 30 minuter tills soppan har reducerat med en tredjedel.
