F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i en gjutj\u00e4rnsgryta och bryn kycklingen p\u00e5 alla sidor. Tills\u00e4tt schalottenl\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k och ugnsbaka kycklingen i ca 30 minuter. \u00d6s kycklingen var tionde minut. Tills\u00e4tt sedan mj\u00f6let till l\u00f6ken och blanda v\u00e4l. H\u00e4ll sedan allt vin \u00f6ver kycklingen, tills\u00e4tt timjan samt lagerblad och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 100\u00b0C.
