L\u00e4gg i \u00f6rterna, gr\u00f6nsakerna och sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vinet och buljongen. Sp\u00e4d med vatten tills det t\u00e4cker, koka upp och l\u00e5t sjuda i ca 20 min.<\/p>\n<p>Sila och reducera buljongen tills 2\/3 \u00e5terst\u00e5r, kyl ned.
