H\u00e4ll det sm\u00e4lta vitl\u00f6ksm\u00f6ret\u00a0 i en separat beh\u00e5llare och beh\u00e5ll ca 60 ml och spara det resterande sm\u00f6ret f\u00f6r senare anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sedan hummerstj\u00e4rtarna p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften och vik upp s\u00e5 det ligger s\u00e5 som bilden p\u00e5 detta recept visar. Lossa sedan f\u00f6rsiktigt k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n skalet och l\u00e4gg tillbaka det igen. Pensla sedan hummerstj\u00e4rtarna med vitl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite paprikapulver och salta och peppra.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0 och gratinera hummern i ca 10 minuter.
