Stek kycklingen i h\u00e4lften av sm\u00f6ret, ge kycklingen en fin brynt yta och l\u00e4gg sedan \u00f6ver den i en gryta.<\/p>\n<p>Hacka sedan l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k fint, samt sk\u00e4r svampen i mindre bitar. Fr\u00e4st sedan l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k samt svamp i en stekpanna. De ska bli mjuka men inte bli brynta. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter tomatpur\u00e9 och r\u00f6r om.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll sedan p\u00e5 vatten krossade tomater, fond, lagerblad, kryddpeppar, paprikan samt persilja och l\u00e4gg sedan i kycklingen i en gryta och l\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 medel v\u00e4rme i ca 15 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r sedan korven i skivor och stek dem s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r en fin brynt yta.
