En matbereade \u00e4r att f\u00f6redra. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden i sm\u00e5 skv\u00e4ttar under omr\u00f6rning. Forma sedan 8-10 biffar beroende p\u00e5 hur stora ni vill ha dem. L\u00e4gg sedan upp str\u00f6br\u00f6d i en djup tallrik och v\u00e4nd biffarna s\u00e5 att alla sidor t\u00e4cks ordentligt. L\u00e5t str\u00f6br\u00f6det suga upp v\u00e4tska fr\u00e5n biffarna i ca 5 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00e4lt en gener\u00f6s m\u00e4ngd sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Stek sedan biffarna i 10-12 minuter. Det \u00e4r viktigt att inte ha f\u00f6r h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme under detta steg.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r potatisen \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigkokt och biffarna steks f\u00e4rdigt s\u00e5 pressa den avrunna potatisen ner i en sk\u00e5l. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Vispa sedan ner mj\u00f6l och varm mj\u00f6lk tills ni f\u00e5r en fluffig och len pur\u00e9.
