H\u00e4ll sedan p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5t det koka in. Tills\u00e4tt den f\u00e4rska gnocchin och r\u00f6r runt ordentligt. Tills\u00e4tt sedan gr\u00e4dden samt kycklingfond och salta och peppra. T\u00e4ck med lock och l\u00e5t koka p\u00e5 medium v\u00e4rme i ca 5 minuter. Ta sedan av locket och tills\u00e4tt kyckling samt spenat och tillaga i ytterligare 4\u20135 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan ost och servera n\u00e4r den sm\u00e4lt.
