Det \u00e4r som en f\u00f6renklad paella men som tar under 20 minuter att tillaga.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp en gryta eller saut\u00e9panna som ni har ett lock till. Tills\u00e4tt olja och stek l\u00f6k, paprika, chorizo samt vitl\u00f6k p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i ca 3 minuter. R\u00f6r i riset och de hackade tomaterna samt 500 ml kokande vatten. T\u00e4ck sedan med lock och l\u00e5t koka p\u00e5 medium h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i 12 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Ta av locket och r\u00f6r runt. Riset ska n\u00e4stan vara helt tillagad. Tills\u00e4tt r\u00e4korna och eventuellt lite mer kokande vatten om riset ser torrt ut. Tillaga i ytterligare ett par minuter tills dessa att r\u00e4korna \u00e4r rosa och riset \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigt. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Denna r\u00e4tt g\u00e5r \u00e4ven att tillaga i ugn. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0 (180\u00b0 VF) I en ugnsfast form l\u00e4gg i l\u00f6k, paprika, chorizo, vitl\u00f6k samt ringla \u00f6ver oljan. Blanda runt.
