Samt tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6let i en annan sk\u00e5l. Salta och peppra ganska gener\u00f6st i mj\u00f6lsk\u00e5len.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta sedan upp en stekpanna till medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme och tills\u00e4tt olja och sm\u00f6r. N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret tystnat s\u00e5 ta doppa fil\u00e9erna i mj\u00f6l och sedan i \u00e4ggblandningen. Stek tv\u00e5 fil\u00e9er \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen. Fil\u00e9erna beh\u00f6ver ca 4 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida. N\u00e4r de stekts f\u00e4rdigt s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg dem \u00e5t sidan p\u00e5 en tallrik med hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt sedan vitl\u00f6ken till samma stekpanna och tillaga den i ca 1 minut, den \u00e4r klar n\u00e4r vitl\u00f6ken sl\u00e4pper arom\u00e4mnen. H\u00e4ll sedan p\u00e5 vin, kycklingbuljong samt persiljan och tillaga p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i 5 minuter. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t reducera ned. S\u00e4nk d\u00e4refter v\u00e4rmen och tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden, l\u00e5g sjuda tills den tjocknat n\u00e5got.<\/p>\n<p>Smaka av med och peppar.
