De g\u00f6r sig \u00e4ven str\u00e5lande p\u00e5 grillen. Testa!<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>K\u00f6r havregryn och jordn\u00f6tter med pulsknappen i en matberedare tills det \u00e4r grovhackat.<br \/>\n2. Tills\u00e4tt 1,5 burk b\u00f6nor och l\u00f6k, chili, malen koriander och spiskummin samt korianderblad, limeskal och en rej\u00e4l skv\u00e4tt olivolja. K\u00f6r med pulsknappen s\u00e5 att det blandas.<br \/>\n3. Tills\u00e4tt resterande b\u00f6nor och k\u00f6r bara en eller ett par g\u00e5nger till, s\u00e5 att b\u00f6norna fortfarande har lite tuggmotst\u00e5nd. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en sk\u00e5l.<br \/>\nForma smeten till 6 bollar. Platta ut dem till burgare p\u00e5 en ren sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da pudrad med mj\u00f6l och paprikapulver. L\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en bricka och st\u00e4ll in i kylen minst en timme.<br \/>\n4. L\u00e4gg br\u00f6den med snittytan ned\u00e5t p\u00e5 grillen och grilla tills de \u00e4r vackert rostade. L\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan.<br \/>\n5. Grilla burgarna 4-5 minuter per sida, tills de \u00e4r v\u00e4l genomlagade.<br \/>\n6. L\u00e4gg ruccola p\u00e5 6 br\u00f6dhalvor eller ciabattaskivor, toppa med burgarna och sedan tomat, avokado och resten av br\u00f6dskivorna. Servera med limeklyftor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Till burgaren rekommenderar vi ett friskt och fr\u00e4scht ros\u00e9vin fr\u00e5n Marlborough i Nya Zeeland.
