Pensla b\u00e4gge sidor av auberginskivorna med 5 matskedar olivolja samt salta med ca 1 tsk salt. Rosta i sedan dem i ugnen s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r en fint gyllene yta. Att det blir lite br\u00e4nt p\u00e5 sina h\u00e5ll g\u00f6r igen. Byt plats p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tarna lite d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 s\u00e5 att allt f\u00e5r en fin j\u00e4mn yta. Det tar ca 25 minuter att f\u00e5 dem klara.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm sedan upp 1 msk olivolja i en tjockbottnad kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt lamm, kanelst\u00e5ng och l\u00e5t tillagas under omr\u00f6rning. Byt upp f\u00e4rsen och tillaga i ca 12 minuter. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att avl\u00e4gsna ca 1 msk fett. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter vitl\u00f6k, tomatpur\u00e9, oregano samt paprikan till grytan och blanda runt allt i ca 2 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter vin och l\u00e5t reducera tills n\u00e4stan allt \u00e4r borta, tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter krossad tomat samt 1 1\/4 tsk salt. L\u00e5t koka upp och sedan sjuda p\u00e5 medium v\u00e4rme. Tillaga i ytterligare 8 minuter tills s\u00e5sen tjocknat n\u00e5got. Ta sedan bort fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och avl\u00e4gsna kanelst\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda ricotta, mozzarella, \u00e4gg samt 1\/2 tsk salt i en liten bunke. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/p>\n<p>Ta sedan fram en ugnsform som den p\u00e5 bilden och l\u00e4gg sedan den rostade auberginen i botten i ett j\u00e4mnt lager. L\u00e4gg sedan p\u00e5 lamms\u00e5sen j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver auberginen. Toppa sedan med ytterligare ett lager aubergine. F\u00f6rdela sedan \u00f6ver ricotta och mozzarella mixen p\u00e5 toppen och avsluta med parmesan. Baka i ugnen i 30 minuter p\u00e5 200\u00b0C.
