Hetta d\u00e4refter upp olivolja i en stekpanna och stek vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna i oljan tills de f\u00e5tt en gyllene f\u00e4rg. Ta sedan ut vitl\u00f6ken och stek svampen i ca 3-4 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt vin samt timjan och \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen n\u00e5got. Stek till dess att allt vin har dunstat bort. S\u00e4nk sedan v\u00e4rmen till medium l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme och salta och peppra.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t svampen tillagas i ca 10\u201315 minuter till dess att den \u00e4r helt tillagad och tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Koka pastan och spar ca 1 dl pastavatten. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver pastan till samma panna som har svampen. Blanda allt v\u00e4l, ser det torrt ut s\u00e5 sp\u00e4d med pastavattnet.
