Tills\u00e4tt 1 dl gr\u00e4dde och l\u00e5t sjuda ihop.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r ca 15-20 minuter \u00e5terst\u00e5r av limpan s\u00e5 st\u00e4ll in en ugnsform med broccoli samt haricoverts. Pensla med lite olivolja samt salta innan de g\u00e5r in i ugnen.
