Vi fick lite inspiration av v\u00e5ra v\u00e4nner p\u00e5 Bluegaz som s\u00e5 v\u00e4nligt bjuder p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra av sina b\u00e4sta grilltips.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><em>OBS: Anv\u00e4nder du tr\u00e4spett beh\u00f6ver dessa f\u00f6rst ligga i vatten ca 30 minuter<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva paprikorna i 2 cm bitar. Sk\u00e4r squash i 1\/2 cm tjocka skivor. Klyfta r\u00f6dl\u00f6karna. Om svamparna \u00e4r stora dela p\u00e5 mitten. Varva paprika, squash, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k och svamp p\u00e5 spetten. Pensla med olja. Salta och peppra. Dela halloumi i fyra avl\u00e5nga bitar. Tr\u00e4 p\u00e5 spett. Pensla med olja.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka persilja och chili. Blanda i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med pressad vitl\u00f6k och skalet fr\u00e5n citronen. R\u00f6r i olivolja och vin\u00e4ger. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt grillreglagen p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 spetten och grilla tills halloumin och gr\u00f6nsakerna f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg och blivit mjuka. Pensla med lite av chimichurrin. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och grilla ca 5 minuter till runt om. Pensla tortillabr\u00f6den med lite olja.
