L\u00e4gg ner kycklingen i en vacuump\u00e5se och tills\u00e4tt s\u00e5sblandningen. N\u00e4r vattnet n\u00e5tt 73.8 grader s\u00e5 s\u00e4nk ner p\u00e5sen i vattnet och tillaga i en timme. S\u00e4tt sedan ugnen p\u00e5 grill. L\u00e4gg kycklingen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t eller i en ugnsfast form och pensla \u00f6ver s\u00e5sen.
