Sk\u00e4r levern i lagom stora strimlor. V\u00e4nd dem i vetemj\u00f6l blandat med salt och peppar. Bryn sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna och stek levern s\u00e5 att den f\u00e5r en fint brynt yta. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en gryta.<\/p>\n<p>Skala och grovhacka l\u00f6ken. Strimla baconet och fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och bacon i en stekpannan. L\u00e4gg det \u00f6ver levern i grytan. Blanda vattnet med senap och citron och h\u00e4ll det i grytan<\/p>\n<p>Koka med lock p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i ca 10 minuter. N\u00e4r ca 2 minuter \u00e5terst\u00e5r s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg i \u00e4rterna. Det g\u00e5r \u00e4ven bra att koka eller \u00e5nga \u00e4rtorna samt servera bredvid.<\/p>\n<p>Klipp rikligt med persilja \u00f6ver och servera med kokt potatis och ett fruktigt vin utan allt f\u00f6r mycket fat.
