I detta recept anv\u00e4nder vi musslor p\u00e5 burk.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm upp en kastrull eller gjutj\u00e4rnsgryta och stek bacon tills det \u00e4r krispigt och har en fin f\u00e4rg. Det tar ca 6\u20138 minuter. Lyft sedan \u00f6ver baconet till ett hush\u00e5llspapper och l\u00e5t fettet sugas upp. Spara 1 msk av baconfettet i pannan. Sm\u00e4lt sedan sm\u00f6ret i samma panna och tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6k samt vitl\u00f6k. Tillaga l\u00f6ken tills den \u00e4r genomskinlig vilket tar ca 3 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt timjan och r\u00f6r om. Efter ca 1 minut sl\u00e4pper den sina arom\u00e4mnen.<\/p>\n<p>Vispa sedan i mj\u00f6let och r\u00f6r runt i det till dess att det f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg, ca 1 minut. Vispa sedan gradvis i mj\u00f6lken, gr\u00f6nsaksfonden samt musseljuice och ett lagerblad. Om ni anv\u00e4nder musslor i vatten s\u00e5 ta med en del av spadet. L\u00e5t allt koka i ca 2 minuter under konstant omr\u00f6rning.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg sedan i potatis och l\u00e5t sjuda till dess att potatisen \u00e4r mjuk. Detta tar ca 12\u201315 minuter. R\u00f6r sedan i matlagningsgr\u00e4dden och musslorna. De ska bli genomvarma vilket tar ca 2 minuter. Om soppan k\u00e4nns f\u00f6r tjock s\u00e5 sp\u00e4d med ytterligare matlagningsgr\u00e4dde.
