Sk\u00e4r 115 gram av osten i tunna skivor och riv resten. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Ta av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner mj\u00f6let. S\u00e4tt tillbaka p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t koka upp i en minut. Ta av fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r ner senap och mj\u00f6lk. L\u00e5t sedan koka upp s\u00e5 att den blir tjock och sl\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ner den rivna osten och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan tills den ska anv\u00e4ndas.<\/p>\n<p>Rosta 4 br\u00f6dskivor under ugnsgrillen, enbart en sida. V\u00e4nd och bre p\u00e5 ett lager med sm\u00f6r och toppa med skink- och ostskivorna. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 de resterande 4 br\u00f6dskivorna ovanp\u00e5 och bred p\u00e5 ett lager av ostblandningen fr\u00e5n kastrullen. Grilla tills osten bubblar och \u00e4r gyllenbrun.
