Grilla br\u00f6det n\u00e4ra v\u00e4rmeslingorna och v\u00e4nd en g\u00e5ng. Detta steg tar ca 2 minuter. Skrubba sedan den hela vitl\u00f6ksklyftan \u00f6ver de rostade br\u00f6dskivorna.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp ett 3-4 matskedar olivolja i en djup tjockbottnad kastrull. Tills\u00e4tt den hackade schalottenl\u00f6ken samt vitl\u00f6k och salta och peppra. R\u00f6r p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills dess att vitl\u00f6ken har mjuknat vilket tar ca 3 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt musslorna och tillaga. R\u00f6r konstant i ca 1 minut. Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinia.se\/produkter\/typ\/vitt\/\">vitt vin<\/a> och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock. \u00c5nga musslorna tills dess att alla musslor har \u00f6ppnats. Detta steg tar ca 5 minuter. Ta sedan bort musslorna fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och skopa sedan ut musslorna till 4 serveringssk\u00e5lar. OBS! Sl\u00e4ng alla musslor som inte \u00f6ppnat sig helt.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter\u00a0 sm\u00f6r och persilja till det vin- och musselspad som finns kvar i kastrullen, r\u00f6r runt och skaka kastrullen l\u00e4tt tills dess att allt sm\u00f6r har sm\u00e4lt. H\u00e4ll sedan denna smakrika buljong \u00f6ver sk\u00e5larna med musslor i.
