N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret har sm\u00e4lt, r\u00f6r ner vitl\u00f6k och tillaga tills den blir aromatisk, ca 1 minut. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater och smaka av med salt och peppar. Koka tills tomaterna b\u00f6rjar spricka, tills\u00e4tt sedan spenat. Koka tills spenaten b\u00f6rjar skrumpna.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r ner gr\u00e4dde, parmesan och \u00f6rter och l\u00e5t blandningen sjuda. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till l\u00e5g och l\u00e5t sjuda tills s\u00e5sen \u00e4r n\u00e5got reducerad, cirka 3 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg tillbaka laxen i stekpannan och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver s\u00e5sen. Sjud tills laxen \u00e4r genomstekt, ca 3 minuter till.<\/p>\n<p>Garnera med mer \u00f6rter och pressa citron ovanp\u00e5 innan servering.
