Grovhacka broccolin och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinera hackad broccoli i en stor sk\u00e5l med \u00e4gg, yoghurt, salladsl\u00f6k, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, persilja, vitl\u00f6ksklyfta och blanda tills det \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat. Tills\u00e4tt tapiokamj\u00f6l, kokosmj\u00f6l, bakpulver, salt, peppar och blanda igen. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner smulad getost och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan i 5 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r under tiden yoghurts\u00e5sen. I en liten sk\u00e5l, r\u00f6r ihop yoghurtolivoljan, citronsaften och smaka av med salt. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver sumac och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan tills den ska serveras.<\/p>\n<p>Hetta upp kokosolja i en medelstor stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. H\u00e4ll en matsked smet i pannan och anv\u00e4nd baksidan av en sked f\u00f6r att platta till n\u00e5got. Stek i omg\u00e5ngar i ca 2 minuter p\u00e5 varje sida tills de \u00e4r gyllene.
