Fr\u00e4s gul l\u00f6k, purjol\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olivoljan tills all l\u00f6k har blivit mjuk och l\u00e4tt genomskinlig.<br \/>\n2. H\u00e4ll ner f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, squash och mor\u00f6tter och l\u00e5t svettas med i n\u00e5gra minuter.<br \/>\n3. Blanda ner tomater tillsammans med persilja, lagerblad, timjan, basilika, f\u00e4nk\u00e5lsfr\u00f6n, saffran, apelsinskal och saft, vitt vin, vatten och buljongt\u00e4rning. L\u00e5t koka upp och sjud tills alla gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4r mjuka men fortfarande har kvar lite av sitt tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Det tar ungef\u00e4r 15 minuter.<br \/>\n4. Kasta ner socker\u00e4rtorna och l\u00e5t dem koka med i tv\u00e5 minuter tills \u00e4ven de \u00e4r mjuka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rouille<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Koka potatis och paprika mjukt, det tar cirka 15 minuter.<br \/>\n2. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och mixa dem tillsammans med \u00f6vriga ingredienser i en matberedare eller med hj\u00e4lp av en stavmixer.
