D\u00e5 passar en god sardinmacka perfekt!<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p>Koka \u00e4ggen. Ca 3 1\/2-4 minuter efter att vattnet har b\u00f6rjat koka s\u00e5 blir de ungef\u00e4r som p\u00e5 bilden om de \u00e4r f\u00e4rska. Rosta sedan ett par br\u00f6dskivor och l\u00e5t dem svalna n\u00e5got. Gillar ni vitl\u00f6k s\u00e5 kan ni skrapa ytan med en f\u00e4rsk vitl\u00f6ksklyfta. Bred sedan ett lager f\u00e4rskost p\u00e5 br\u00f6det, salta och peppra och l\u00e4gg sedan sardinfileerna p\u00e5 mackan.
