Sk\u00e4r bort det tjockare lagret av botten samt stammen. Gr\u00f6p \u00e4ven ut den lite tr\u00e5diga delen i botten av kron\u00e4rtskockan. Se bild.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla sedan insidan gener\u00f6st med en god olivolja och fyll det urgr\u00f6pta omr\u00e5det med vitl\u00f6ksklyftor samt f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter. Rosmarin och timjan. V\u00e4nd sedan p\u00e5 kron\u00e4rtskockan och pensla med olja p\u00e5 b\u00e4gge sidor. Salta och peppra.<\/p>\n<p>Innan ni st\u00e4ller in dem i ugnen s\u00e5 krama ur juicen av en citron och l\u00e5t citronen g\u00e5 med i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 220 grader tills dess att kron\u00e4rtskockan \u00e4r mjuk.
