Anv\u00e4nd en kniv eller mandolin f\u00f6r att skiva potais och zucchini till tunna skivor. Sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken fint.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda sedan samman gr\u00e4dde, vitl\u00f6k samt senap i en sk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00f6nsakerna och blanda v\u00e4l.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg sedan ett j\u00e4mn lager med zucchini och potatis i sk\u00e5len. H\u00e4ll sedan \u00f6ver resterande s\u00e5s och l\u00f6ken. S\u00e4tt sedan p\u00e5 aluminiumfolie och baka i ugn i ca 45 minuter, till dess att potatisen k\u00e4nns mjuk och genomkokt. Ta sedan av folien och sprid ut osten.
