Pressa ur \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt vatten ur zucchinin och tills\u00e4tt till sk\u00e5len. Krydda gener\u00f6st med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>Skapa sedan ca 10 bollar och pressa ut dem till ca 7 cm breda puckar. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver med plastfolie och st\u00e4ll in i kylen f\u00f6r att kyla ner dem.<\/p>\n<p>Pensla eller spraya sedan de sm\u00e5 biffarna med olivolja, pensla \u00e4ven luftfrit\u00f6sen som hettats upp i n\u00e5gon minut till 180\u00b0. Baka sedan i 10 minuter till dess att de f\u00e5tt en fin gyllene f\u00e4rg. Om ni inte har en airfryer s\u00e5 kan ni baka i ugn i ca 12-14 minuter p\u00e5 200\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda sedan ingredienserna till dressingen och ringla den \u00f6ver de f\u00e4rdigbakade biffarna samt med en h\u00e4rlig sallad.<\/p>\n<p>Ps.
