Nyckel \u00e4r att ha bra ingredienser s\u00e5 blommar r\u00e4ttens rena smaker verkligen ut!<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Koka spaghettin i rikligt med vatten och lite salt. Se till att pastan inte blir \u00f6verkokt, den ska vara al dente, dvs ha tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Medan pastan kokar s\u00e5 hetta upp olivolja i en tjockbottnad panna. Fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ken i oljan i n\u00e5gon minut, tills\u00e4tt d\u00e4refter sambal oelek och l\u00e5t det fr\u00e4sa ihop, l\u00e4gg i musslorna och l\u00e5t dem ligga ett tag och suga \u00e5t sig kryddorna. H\u00e4ll sedan i pastan som \u00e4r al dente och blanda allt v\u00e4l.
