H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 krossade tomater, socker och alla kryddor. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen puttra, g\u00e4rna i en vid kastrull medans ni g\u00f6r i ordning k\u00f6ttbullarna. Detta recept g\u00e5r \u00e4ven att tillaga med, lamm, fl\u00e4sk, kalkon eller kycklingf\u00e4rs.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda f\u00e4rsen tillsammans med yoghurt, salt och alla kryddor. Rulla sm\u00e5 k\u00f6ttbullar och l\u00e4gg dem i den sjudande s\u00e5sen. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och koka i ca 10 minuter.
