Blanda sedan olivoljan med vitl\u00f6kssaltet. G\u00f6r ett djupt kors-sk\u00e4r i potatisen och h\u00e4ll i olivoljan samt pensla\/gnid in potatisen med oljan. Baka sedan ytterligare i 15 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Medan potatisen bakar klart s\u00e5 blanda feta och yoghurt i en sk\u00e5l. R\u00f6r i paprikan samt ge ett par rej\u00e4la drag med svartpepparkvarnen.
