Ta bort k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n pannan och l\u00e4gg det \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken i samma stekpanna och fr\u00e4s tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r mjuk, l\u00e5t detta ta en 15 minuter s\u00e5 att l\u00f6ken blir s\u00f6t.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt vinet och l\u00e5t det koka upp. Tills\u00e4tt sedan k\u00f6ttbuljongen, mj\u00f6lken och gr\u00e4dden och l\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka upp igen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg tillbaka k\u00f6ttet i s\u00e5sen och l\u00e5t det koka i ca 20 minuter, eller tills s\u00e5sen har tjocknat och k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r m\u00f6rt.
